These terms govern the use of a NorseMania Casino account and apply to all players who register. By creating an account, players confirm they have read and accepted the terms summarised on this page in full, alongside any specific bonus terms referenced on the Bonuses page.
Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device and payment method.
- Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited are not eligible to register, regardless of accidental access to the site.
- Accounts found to breach the one-account policy will be closed and any bonus funds, along with winnings derived from them, voided.

- Providing false information during registration or verification.
Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, deposited funds net of any voided bonus winnings will ordinarily be returned, subject to regulatory and anti-money-laundering checks.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Material changes affecting active bonuses will not be applied retroactively to bonuses already credited. The current version of these terms, as published on this page, takes precedence over any prior version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Maltese law in line with the operating licence. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the licensed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider named in the licensing information in the site footer.

Currency and exchange
All NorseMania accounts referenced in this documentation operate in pound sterling (GBP). Deposits made in a different currency through a payment method that supports currency conversion will be converted at the payment provider’s prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and NorseMania is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations applied by third-party payment processors.
Technical errors and void wins
In the rare event of a verified technical malfunction (a game malfunction, display error, or connectivity-related double registration of a bet), NorseMania reserves the right to void affected bets and any resulting wins, returning the original stake to the player’s account balance. This clause is standard across the industry and exists to protect against both software faults and attempts to exploit them.
Severability
If any individual clause within these terms is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full; the unenforceable clause will be replaced with one reflecting the original intent as closely as legally possible.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the bonus-specific terms referenced on the Bonuses page and the privacy policy governing data handling, constitute the entire agreement between the player and NorseMania regarding use of the account, superseding any prior verbal or written representation made during the registration or support process.
Intellectual property
All branding, game assets, logos and site content remain the property of NorseMania or its licensing partners (including third-party game providers) and may not be reproduced, copied or redistributed without prior written consent.
